Arranged alphabetically, material listings include:

• FEMA GRAS number
• CAS number
• Natural/artificial identification
• Botanical names
• List of suppliers of each ingredient
• Detailed company information

The 2011 edition contains a significant number of product updates - more than 1,000 products have been added or enhanced. The directory also includes more than 50 additional suppliers. Allured’s FFM contains the GRAS 24 listings and includes the interim list released in August 2010.

FFM 2011 is the latest edition. The next print edition will be available in 2013.
