Abstract
Medicine use Reviews (MURs) are appointments a pharmacist arranges with a patient to discuss their medications and medicines use. MURs have become routinely practised by most pharmacists and are now being taught in Schools of Pharmacy. Although there are courses for MUR accreditation, there is currently little in the way of practical guidance for pharmacists who are carrying out, or intending to carry out, MURs.The ten main chapters of this evidence-based book identify and discuss specific medical conditions seen in community pharmacy. Further sub chapters include advice on treatment options and relevant practical tips which will allow pharmacists to provide comprehensive, high quality advice to patients and aid pharmacists in providing informative MURs.
